Kigelia Africana Tincture
MBA is an extract of the Kigelia Africana and traditionally it is used for:

Preparation: Kigelia Africana alcohol and water extracts.
Recommended dosage: 6 to 8 drops 3 times daily at regular intervals, on the tongue or with 10 ml of water.
